Pen exclusions: normal wear (micro-scratches, plating fade), cosmetic blemishes, misuse/abuse, unauthorized modification, use of non-fountain-pen-safe media (e.g., India/pigment paints), environmental damage.

Ink exclusions: user contamination (back-filling; dipping dirty nibs), improper storage (uncapped, heat/freezing, direct sun), expected traits (shimmer settling; minor evaporation), mixing with other inks/chemicals, bottles opened >24 months (guideline).

2) 30-Day Satisfaction (Pens & Inks)

  • Pens: Try your pen. If you’re not in love within 30 days, we’ll exchange or refund. Light use allowed (≤1 fill) with complete packaging.
  • Inks: If a color isn’t right, request a no-return exchange or credit within 30 days (bottle must be ≥90% full; photo required).
  • Limits: 1 exchange/refund per pen; max 2 pens per customer per 12 months. Inks: 1 exchange/refund per customer per 90 days.

3) Warranty Details (Pens)

  • We repair or replace parts for any manufacturing defect during the warranty term.
  • No-Lemon: if the same defect recurs twice within 12 months, you may choose an exchange or store credit (product price + original standard shipping).
  • Accidental (Extended only): covers one incident per 5-year term (drop, bent nib, cracked section).
  • Limited Edition Products: Limited editions may not always have parts available. We will make every effort to repair or replace. If this is not possible, we may offer a substitute pen of equal or greater value.
  • Shipping: We cover return shipping after repair/replacement.

4) Ink Quality Guarantee

  • 12-Month Coverage: If your ink shows contamination, severe non-remixable precipitation, mislabelling, or a bottle/cap defect, we’ll replace or credit your purchase. Photos are usually sufficient; no return needed.

5) Extended Warranty + Loss Protection (Pens)

  • Coverage: One full replacement for any reason—loss, theft, or irreparable damage—during your active warranty term. Includes shipping on the replacement.
  • Price: Tiered by pen MSRP: $5–25.
  • Limits: 1 claim per pen term; 30-day wait from purchase; simple attestation required; coverage ends after replacement.

6) Refunds & Shipping Costs

  • Defects/DOA (all regions): we replace, exchange, or issue store credit for full product price + original standard shipping. We cover return shipping on repaired/replaced items.
  • Remorse/Satisfaction returns (US/CA/SG/AU/NZ/HK/KR): refunds/credits cover the product price; outbound shipping not refunded unless we were at fault. Customer pays return shipping.
  • EU/UK right of withdrawal: within 14 days, cancel for any reason. We refund product price + standard outbound shipping (not express upgrades). Return shipping is your responsibility unless covered by us. Refund may be withheld until goods are received or proof provided.
  • Refund speed: refunds/credits issued within 2 business days of approval/receipt. Banks may take up to 10 business days to post funds.
