What began in 2010 as a humble letterpress print studio in Canada has grown into a global premium stationery brand beloved by writers, artists, and collectors in over 30 countries.
Our mission has remained constant through our evolution: to help the world fall in love with writing again.
Where It All Began: Ink, Paper & Craftsmanship
Ferris Wheel Press first came to life in a print shop filled with the rhythmic hum of letterpress machines. In these early years, we handcrafted custom wedding invitations, event stationery, and bespoke correspondences—every piece illustrated, printed, and pressed by hand.
Those origins shaped everything we do today. The tactile joy of paper, the precision of traditional printing, and the artistry of handmade design remain at the heart of our brand.
From Fine Stationery to the Joy of Writing
As the creative community around us grew, so did our vision. We dreamed of crafting not only the stationery we adored, but also the instruments that bring thoughts to life.
Our evolution into fountain pens and inks began with the Brush Fountain Pen and its companion inks—designed over years to perfect the experience of putting pen to paper. We obsessed over every detail, from flow to balance to colour, with the hope that each piece would spark inspiration.
From that moment on, our purpose became clear:

Ferris Wheel Press is powered by more than 50 creators—designers, makers, storytellers, and problem-solvers—who bring our universe to life every single day.
At the centre of our studio is our in-house design and production team, including a dedicated group of 12 artists and illustrators who hand-craft every piece of artwork. Every character, motif, colour, and illustration across our packaging and stories is made in-house. Nothing is outsourced.
Beyond our creative core, our team spans marketing, operations, logistics, and customer experience—each person contributing their own craft, passion, and purpose.
We are not just a company.

What began in a small Canadian print studio is now a global creative movement. Ferris Wheel Press products are available across North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand—with upcoming expansion into Dubai and Saudi Arabia.
